copick inference

Run inference on copick tomograms.

Usage

copick inference [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Description

Commands in this group apply trained models to copick tomograms to produce predictions such as segmentations or particle picks. Subcommands are contributed by installed plugins.

Commands

Command Description
easymode Segment tomograms using easymode pretrained models.
membrain-seg Segment membranes in tomograms with MemBrain-seg.
nnunet Run nnUNet inference on CoPick tomograms.
