Attributes:

• alignment (Optional[str]) –

  Name of the alignment.

• tilt_series (Optional[str]) –

  Type of the tilt series.

• tilt_series_portal_id (Optional[int]) –

  CryoET Data Portal identifier of the tilt series, if it is one.

• reference_offset (Optional[Tuple[float, float, float]]) –

  Offset in Angstrom from the tomogram's CETS frame to the alignment's reference volume frame, if they do not share the alignment's rotation centre.

• source (Literal['attrs', 'portal', 'croissant', 'alignment']) –

  Where the link is recorded: the tomogram's attributes, the CryoET Data Portal, a Croissant index, or the alignment (for read-only tomograms).
