Add entities to copick projects.

Usage

copick add [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Commands

Command Description
object Add a pickable object to the project configuration.
object-volume Add volume data to an existing pickable object.
picks Add picks from external formats (EM, STAR, Dynamo, CSV).
picks-dynamo Add picks from Dynamo table files containing multiple tomograms.
picks-em Add picks from EM motivelist files containing multiple tomograms.
picks-relion Add picks from RELION STAR files containing multiple tomograms.
segmentation Add a segmentation to the project.
tomogram Add a tomogram to the project.
tomograms-dynamo Add tomograms from a Dynamo tomolist file.
tomograms-relion Add tomograms from a RELION tomograms.star file.
