The volume an alignment's positions refer to.

Attributes:

• size (Tuple[int, int, int]) –

  Size in voxels (x, y, z).

• voxel_size (float) –

  Voxel size in Angstrom.

• native_extent (Optional[Tuple[float, float, float]]) –

  Extent in Angstrom of the volume in the tool that computed the alignment, if it differs from size * voxel_size; needed to convert the alignment back to that tool exactly.

• offset (Tuple[float, float, float]) –

  Offset of the volume reported by the source in Angstrom; kept for reference, not applied.

• registration (Optional[List[List[float]]]) –

  Transformation of the volume reported by the source; kept for reference, not applied.
