CTF fit of one tilt image, in the canonical CETS convention.

Values are normalized on construction: if defocus_v exceeds defocus_u the two are swapped and the angle turned by 90 degrees, and the angle is wrapped into [0, 180).

Attributes:

• defocus_u (float) –

  Defocus along the major axis in Angstrom, underfocus positive; never smaller than defocus_v.

• defocus_v (float) –

  Defocus along the minor axis in Angstrom, underfocus positive.

• defocus_angle (float) –

  Direction of the defocus_u axis in degrees, from +x towards +y, in [0, 180).

• phase_shift (float) –

  Phase shift in degrees.

• fit_resolution (Optional[float]) –

  Resolution in Angstrom up to which the fit is reliable, if known.

• fit_score (Optional[float]) –

  Score of the fit as reported by the fitting program, if known.
