Attributes:

• section (int) –

  Index of the image in the stored stack (the first array axis), starting at 0.

• nominal_tilt_angle (Optional[float]) –

  Stage tilt angle in degrees as recorded at acquisition. Refined angles belong to alignments.

• acquisition_order (Optional[int]) –

  Position of the image in the acquisition sequence, starting at 0.

• accumulated_dose (Optional[float]) –

  Electron dose in e/Ų the specimen received before this image (pre-exposure).

• exposure_dose (Optional[float]) –

  Electron dose in e/Ų of this image.

• exposure_time (Optional[float]) –

  Exposure time of this image in seconds.

• frame_path (Optional[str]) –

  File name of the movie this image was made from.

• ctf (Optional[CopickCTF]) –

  CTF fit of this image.
